Animal Roars at the Box Office: Earns ₹28 Crore on Day 4, Crosses ₹350 Crore Worldwide

In a stunning display of its box office prowess, Sandeep Reddy Vanga's crime drama "Animal" starring Ranbir Kapoor has continued its triumphant run, raking in an impressive ₹28 crore on its first Monday. Despite the start of the workweek, the film has managed to maintain a strong grip on audiences, displaying consistent performance since its release last Friday.

The movie, which delves into the complexities of a tumultuous father-son relationship, has proven to be a box office juggernaut, accumulating a total of ₹229.5 crore in India alone. The opening day set the tone with ₹63.8 crore, followed by ₹66.27 crore on Saturday and a whopping ₹71.46 crore on Sunday. With Monday's collection, "Animal" has not only crossed the ₹200 crore mark domestically but has also achieved a staggering ₹356 crore in global box office earnings.


The official Instagram handle of the film proudly declared the achievement, stating, "Box office tsunami! Weekend collection ₹356 crore worldwide gross."


"Animal" boasts an ensemble cast featuring powerhouse performers such as Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Tripti Dimri, Suresh Oberoi, Shakti Kapoor, and Prem Chopra. The pan-India movie is set against a backdrop of violence, portraying the intense dynamic between Ranbir Kapoor's character, Ranvijay Singh, and his father Balbir Singh, portrayed by Anil Kapoor. The film, having received an A certificate from the CBFC, explores a gripping narrative set in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
