How to Play:

1. The game starts with the player as 'X' and the computer as 'O'.

2. Click on an empty cell in the 3x3 grid to make your move.

3. After you make a move, the computer will make its move after a short delay.

4. The game will continue until either the player or the computer gets three in a row, or all cells are filled, resulting in a draw.

5. If you win as 'X', your high score will increase.

6. Click the "Restart" button to reset the game and play again.
