For female entrepreneurs, things are not just difficult; they are downright challenging, especially in a nation that is profoundly patriarchal in many ways. Here, women are still seen as emotional, less ambitious, and unfit to take the lead on projects and make them successful.
However, the reality is that this notion no longer holds women captive.

She is a fervent supporter of women's equality. Srijana manages projects at Pee Safe in addition to serving as the company's director at SRV Damage Preventions Pvt. Ltd.
Entrepreneur, philanthropist, and head of the Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council Vandana Luthra founded VLCC in 1989. She is an Indian national. She opened it as a centre for beauty and weight loss services. Additional services were later introduced. She received the Padma Shri honour for her outstanding service in April 2013.
Ritu Kumar is an Indian fashion designer who first made evening wear and bridal wear. She finally entered the international market after several years of employment. She received the Padma Shri honour from the Indian government in 2013 for her notable achievement in her area.
