This year, approximately 24 lakh students took the Class 5 and 8 exams in the state. Among them, over 12 lakh students appeared for the Class 5 exam, while more than 11 lakh students appeared for the Class 8 exam.
The Class 5 exams were held from March 6 to March 13, 2024, while the Class 8 exams took place from March 6 to March 14, 2024. Both exams were conducted in a single shift, from 9 am to 11.30 am.
