The Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Singh created Dhoni Entertainment Private Limited, and they have revealed their planned debut project in the Tamil cinema business. On October 24, 2022, the production company released a statement announcing this Diwali.

The first Tamil movie that Dhoni Entertainment will make is a family-friendly comedy that was conceptualised by Sakshi Singh Dhoni, the company's managing director, further reinforcing their extra-special friendship.
Ramesh Thamilmani, who also wrote the new-age graphic novel "Atharva: The Origin," was set to direct the movie. Soon, the movie's cast and staff will be revealed.
