It is difficult for most people to return to work mode at 9 a.m. the following day because they are most likely in a holiday mood and have no obligations on Sunday. As a result, Mondays have the dubious reputation of being the most despised day by many people.
Guinness World Records tweeted, "We're officially giving Monday the record for the worst day of the week," confirming the same sentiment.
The message was published by Guinness World Records' official Twitter account, and it has already gotten over 4.28 lakh likes.
On October 17, the GWR tweeted that it was the worst day of the week. In response, the GWR wrote, "Guess this makes Friday the best day of the week then."
