FIFA recognises Chhetri's accomplishments and makes a three-part documentary about his life and care

As a result of Sunil Chhetri's accomplishments and goal-scoring prowess, FIFA, the organisation that governs world football, has produced a three-part series about his life and career.

The greatest footballer India has ever produced, Sunil Chhetri, is unquestionably a gift from the football gods. His cabinet is adorned with 395 games, 188 goals, 1 Intercontinental Cup, 1 AFC Challenge Cup, 1 Indian Super League, 3 I-Leagues, 1 Federation Cup, 3 SAFF Championships, 1 Durand Cup, and numerous more individual honours for club and nation.

Notably, Chhetri won the Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award last year, making him the first football player from India to do so. In addition to this, he has also received the Arjuna and Padma Shri Awards.

Chhetri has achieved every goal a football player can achieve in India. He has finished Indian football, to put it briefly. Nothing appears to be holding him back, and he is simply ageing like a beautiful wine.

With 84 goals scored for his career, Chhetri, 38, is third among active footballers with the most international goals, trailing only Lionel Messi (117) and Cristiano Ronaldo (117).

For his club football squad, Sunil generally fills in for and assists his foreign centre forward on the left wing. He typically plays centre forward with the national team, which has allowed him to function as a finisher and score 84 goals from 125 games, outpacing his club football career in terms of goals per game. Chhetri's game is starting to resemble Kom's signature never-quit attitude and tenacity more and more.

He has changed from being all spark plug and no gears to being on careful cruise control without forgoing any scoring opportunities.

The first episode of the series starts at the very beginning and goes up to his 20-year-old Indian debut. Apart from the man, who is jokingly referred to as "Captain, Leader, and Legend," close friends, family members, and footballing teammates all contribute to the story.

In the second episode, Chhetri talks about his enormous desire to play professional football for a premier foreign club and how he is starting to excel for the national team.

In the third episode, Chhetri reaches the pinnacle of his professional and personal lives. It shows, all the Trophies accumulate and records are broken.
